Delving into your world

You will begin a thorough exploration together with our designers and business strategists. We will get to the core of your ambitions and set concrete goals. We will map out the (changing) market you are in, including competitors and your unique qualities. Finally, we will address the target groups: their characteristics, tasks, and their desires and frustrations.

Together, we determine where the most value lies and what we will focus on. And also what we won't focus on. This forms the basis of the roadmap we will start working on.

Clickable prototype

We create an early demo in Figma with some critical elements. Just what’s needed to find the right problem fit or solution fit. This allows us to quickly test assumptions and pinpoint what works. With an existing platform, we work without a prototype. Instead, we match ambitions with user data to improve your platform.

Design

Our designers work alongside developers to ensure their ideas are also practical. So, cool designs, but also thoughtful about your business and the impact of the platform. What you get might be different from your initial request. We don't just dress up the first idea but explore and translate needs into a future-proof platform.

In the Netherlands, about 1.25 million people live in poverty. People who cannot afford a holiday, a meal out, or dental care, let alone a children's party. The Quiet Community is committed to alleviating poverty in the Netherlands. In 2015, Quiet took the first step toward an online platform, with the help of two Quote millionaires and Freshheads, which allows local businesses to make a difference for people in financial need simply by doing what they are good at.

Freshheads and Appjection built “My Appjection”, a client portal for customers that always provides insight into the status of their legal process. In short, the result is: more customers and higher customer satisfaction. Since the new intake flow, the number of people who successfully submit a fine has increased by 20%.
