All data is now in one place, and everything works together.

Standby Zorg is on a mission. And so are we! Because we wanted to establish a digital core that supports Standby Zorg's wonderful mission. We started with the biggest hurdle; the registration of self-employed workers. “A process with a monstrous spreadsheet and a lot of manual administration,” said Nick Broers, designer at Freshheads. Within six weeks, that was replaced with a digital onboarding and client portal for self-employed workers. Six weeks later, the digital environment for clients was also realized. Once both target groups were integrated into the digital system, the planning could be tackled as well. The outdated Care Assist was replaced with a custom planning system designed to support the unique philosophy of Standby Zorg.

Patty: “Because our new environment supports all our detailed business processes instead of slowing them down, the quality of our processes—and thus our care—has increased.” Everything that could be standardized has been, while of course retaining personal attention for clients. The dragons of spreadsheets have left the building, and there are no longer loose clumps of info wandering around in various places. This gives the innovative care provider more insight, speed, and focus. Patty: “You can tell in every way that Freshheads has extensive experience in developing systems that put users first. The administrative tasks for all target groups have been reduced to the essentials. Care should be all about care, and digitization has truly ensured more (offline) attention for our clients.”
