5 Fresh-health days
In addition to your vacation days, you get 5 Fresh-health days per year. You can use these extra leave days to take more rest and maintain a good work-life balance.
Budget for development & well-being
We gladly set aside money for your development. You can spend at least €500 annually for that. You should also be able to work comfortably (from home) and we want you to feel good. Mentally too. That's why, an additional €500.
A well-arranged pension
We consider your future important, and thus also your retirement. That's why Freshheads pays 60% of your premium and you build up the remaining 40% through your salary.
An office that feels like home
Our cozy, characteristic office is less than 1 kilometer from the station. So it's a fine walk!
Lunch together
At 12:00, we all storm to the Koetshuis to enjoy a fresh, well-cared-for lunch together. Something for everyone: sweet, savory, warm, cold, organic. And above all, lots of fun.
Tech & studio days
Every last Friday of the month our developers 'tech' together. In other words: experimenting with (new) technologies and tools. All designers also come together to brainstorm across teams about tools, an approach, or assignment.
Team budget
All Heads receive €200 annually per person to spend together with your team, for example on a dinner, an evening out, bowling, or tea from Simon Lévelt. Just to name something.
Sporting together
Indoor football, table football, tennis, running, bouldering. There is plenty of sporting together. New initiatives are always welcome too.
Public transport card or mileage allowance
Don't live in the beautiful Tilburg, no problem! You'll get a public transport card from us. Or mileage allowance, if you really want to drive ;-)
Drinks
Last but certainly not least: drinks. Lots of drinks. Every Friday a little drink and on the last Friday of the month, there is a special budget for organizing a legendary XL version. For and by Heads. We also regularly go out for a day (or weekend) together.
