Recruitment platform Cocoroco facilitates making the best match with a handy supply and demand system. “When candidates sign up on the platform, they first complete their profile by filling in skill tests, language tests and their CV, among other things”, Floor explains. “With a complete profile, applying is then a matter of minutes. As soon as they see an interesting job, they only have to write a motivation. Recruitment managers then choose themselves who they invite for an interview. The candidate that best fits the assignment often gets to work within two weeks.”

“Together with Freshheads, we stripped our idea down to its essence, worked it out, and tested the first rough designs with users,” Pippa says. “We used the insights from those user tests when developing the platform. After 6 weeks, the first version of Cocoroco was live! Now that the platform is actually in use, we can validate more and more functions based on data and spot new opportunities for expanding the platform,” Pippa explains. “We are very grateful for the successful work process that Freshheads guided us through. You can really tell they are experts in the field of platforms.”
