Why this platform?
Homeowners who want to make their homes more sustainable face a choice paradox full of uncertainties. At the same time, there is inefficiency around marketing, purchasing, and administration at various installation companies. Opportunities for sustainability and the potential of the market are therefore not optimally utilized. That's why there is Enerlynk. A platform business with a clear mission: to make as many homes as possible sustainable. By bringing homeowners and installation partners together via enerlynk.nl , making homes more sustainable is made easy and well-organized from start to finish. In purchase or subscription form, so solutions are accessible to everyone.
Develop - learn - optimize - repeat
A big ambition requires a thorough approach. “To bring a new platform to market and make it a success, you have to start small,” says Fee Schakenraad, Business Designer at Freshheads. “That way you discover what users encounter and what is truly important. Also behind the scenes.” In early January, Tim Bour, owner of Enerlynk, and Freshheads laid the foundation of the platform together. Customers can now request quotes via enerlynk.nl, after which specialist advisors from Enerlynk use a clear cost model to search for a suitable offer. “By setting up the platform step by step, we can already help people and learn a lot,” says Tim. “We continuously ask ourselves: how can we help customers as well and quickly as possible and guarantee the best price-quality ratio? Because we believe that sustainability processes can really be better. With the first user experiences on enerlynk.nl, we set new priorities, improve our service, and make growth possible.”
And now?
A development sprint is planned for March. It will focus mainly on improving the platform that is currently in place. Fee: “Of course, we also look ahead: what is the next step in realizing the mission of enerlynk? And are those features we need to build from scratch, or can we integrate existing solutions?” Together we work towards a platform where everything related to sustainability is arranged: from advice, invoicing, and planning to supporting installation partners on-site.
