We find it extremely important to handle customer and their users' information safely. Not only because it's necessary, but also because digital platforms truly work when everyone can trust that their data is secure. In recent months, we updated our information security to the latest standard: ISO 27001:2022. This international standard demonstrates that we manage risks well, take measures, and continuously improve.
But didn’t you already have an ISO certification?
Yes, that’s right. We were already ISO 27001 certified. The new version aligns better with how organizations work now. It’s no longer just about servers and passwords. It also includes cloud solutions, digital collaboration, and current cyber risks.
Specifically, it means that we:
Store sensitive information securely
Delete or anonymize data when necessary
Continuously monitor and secure systems
Keep improving based on risks
A client platform, for example, must always be accessible to end users, even during an update or malfunction. With our latest certification, we show that we have implemented processes to guarantee this.
Why it matters
The certification is not an end in itself for us. It shows that we operate according to a reliable and secure method. For our customers, it means peace of mind:
They know their information is well protected
They can rely on our continuous improvements
They can collaborate securely on our platforms
At Freshheads, it’s about collaboration. With this certificate, we can work together with our customers to build platforms that are smart, effective, and secure. That makes a difference for the people who use them.
