Building a platform that works for your target audience starts with listening to practice. “We started conversations with painters and other stakeholders from the beginning to capture their needs clearly,” says Fee Schakenraad, business strategist at Freshheads. What do they need? What issues do they face? How can we make their work easier and better? That input formed the basis for everything that followed. “For me, the development of Planbuilding really feels like a co-creation,” says Ton. “With the digital experts of Freshheads, but also with the painting companies themselves.
